In-Finity Solutions is the owner or the licensee of the intellectual property rights on our website and in the materials published on it. You must not modify the copies of any materials that you have printed off or downloaded in any way.

All intellectual property, including page layouts, navigational layouts, event booking, directory, logo and branding lies with In-finity Solutions . All Enhancements to the site's core extensions remain solely the property of In-Finity Solutions.

In-Finity Solutions owns the copyright to the content listed on FindanEDExpert's following pages:  Expert Directory, and all pages. The CPD event content submitted to the Find School CPD (e.g. content promoting an event, event description and logos) remains the copyright of the Provider Organisation.

Our status (and that of any authorized contributors) as the authors of content on our website must always be acknowledged. 

You must not use any part of the content on our website for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from In-Finity Solutions first. 

We reserve the right to change/adapt our service at any time and without notice, we will ensure all core functionality is available to subscribers throughout their subscription period.


5. Limitation of liability


To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our Website or any content on it, whether expressed or implied.

We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with: 

Use of, or inability to use, our website; or
Use of or reliance on any content displayed on our Website.

Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under our Privacy Policy, any material that you transmit or post to the Website shall be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access our Website. You should use your own virus protection software. 

You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from the Website any material: that is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence or in breach of privacy; or for which you have not obtained all necessary licences and/or approvals; or which constitutes or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise be contrary to the law of or infringe the rights of any third party, in any country in the world; or which is technically harmful (including, without limitation, computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, harmful components, corrupted data or other malicious software or harmful data). You may not misuse the Website (including, without limitation, by hacking).

You acknowledge that we will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of this section.

Links to third party websites on the Website are provided solely for your convenience. If you use these links, you leave the Website. We have not reviewed all of these third party websites and do not control and are not responsible for these websites or their content or availability. If you decide to access any of the third party websites linked to the website, you do so entirely at your own risk.

9. Accessing support from Experts listed in our directory

The Platform may be used to connect you with an Expert who will provide support services to you (“Expert Services”).

The ‘Experts’ are independent providers who are neither our employees nor agents nor representatives. The Platform’s role is limited to enabling the Expert Services while the Expert Services themselves are the responsibility of the Expert who provides them. If you feel the Expert Services provided by the Expert do not fit your needs or expectations, you may change to a different Expert who provides services through the Platform. While we hope the Expert Services are beneficial to you, you understand, agree and acknowledge that they may not be the appropriate solution for everyone’s needs and that they may not be appropriate for every particular situation and/or may not be a complete substitute for a face-to-face support in every particular situation.

10. Canceling a subscription order

Subscription orders for the FindanEDExpert.com placed directly with In-Finity Solutions are processed immediately and can only be canceled by contacting the FindanEDExpert.com Help Desk. If you decide you no longer wish to use or retain access to the service to which you've subscribed, you must contact us to request cancellation within 30 days of the subscription expiry date (the expiry date is 12 months from the date the subscription was taken out). Failure to inform FindanEDExpert.com you wish to cancel within the agreed time will result in you being billed for the next year’s membership.

10.1 Access to Data

You will have access to files uploaded to your account and your events for 30 days after the subscription end date. After 30 days, your account will be disabled and become inaccessible and all your events will be deleted from the platform.  


10.2 Subscription Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews when your contract expires to ensure you have continuous access to the platform (You will be invoiced 60 days before your renewal date). You will be charged for a new subscription term on the renewal date listed in the ‘My Subscriptions’ menu. 

You can cancel the automatic renewal within 30 days of your renewal date by contacting our Help Desk. You will retain access to the platform and its services until the renewal date but will not be automatically charged for a new subscription if you fail to inform us you wish to cancel. Access to the platform and any services will end on your subscription renewal date.


11. Applicable law

These terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual dispute or claim) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
